Wild Peak Canines is our Colorado home for Golden Retrievers and Great Danes, two very different breeds that we love for the ways they fit into an active, dog-centered life.
OUR STORY
More than a breeding program.
Wild Peak Canines grew from a genuine love of living and working with dogs. Our dogs are family first. They live with us, train with us, travel with us, and compete alongside us.
As a veterinarian, I bring a strong focus on health, responsible breeding decisions, development, and lifelong wellbeing to the program. But Wild Peak Canines is also deeply personal: these are breeds we enjoy sharing our everyday lives with, and our goal is to produce dogs we would be proud to live with ourselves.

Before Wild Peak Canines was a breeding program, it was simply our life with dogs. They are the reason behind the standards we hold today and our belief that the best dogs are more than pedigrees and titles, they are the dogs we live, train, travel, work, and build our lives with.

Golden Retrievers
With our Goldens, we are drawn to well-rounded field-line dogs: athletic, biddable, versatile, and capable of doing more than one job. We value working ability while still respecting the Golden Retriever breed standard, with dogs suited for sport, field work, active family life, and, with the right individual temperament, service or therapy work.

Great Danes bring something entirely different. We value their unmistakable presence, stable temperament, sound structure, and correct breed type. Our goals include preserving those qualities while pursuing conformation and performance with dogs capable of being both impressive representatives of the breed and wonderful companions.

Every breeding decision starts with the individual dogs in front of us. Health, temperament, soundness, breed type, working ability, and the ability to thrive as a companion all matter. Puppies are raised intentionally, evaluated as individuals, and placed thoughtfully, with support that continues after go-home.
